I can’t believe it’s the last day! This makes seven days that I’ve been posting images for the Black and White Photo Challenge. Today I’ve chosen to end with more food, in the form of healthy soups and salads.
Photos for Day 7
Black & White Photo Challenge: You’re Invited!
As this is the last day, I want to make an open invitation to anyone who has not yet been nominated for the challenge. If you are reading this and you want to participate, consider this your opportunity to join in the fun! The rules of the challenge are the following:
Share black and white photos daily for 7 days;
There must be no animals or people in the photos;
No captions, explanations, or other words to accompany the images;
Nominate one person to participate each day of the challenge.
I know that some of you are saying that you don’t have any black and white photos. Well, go out and take some! Check your camera or phone for the black and white or monochrome setting. It’s usually pretty easy to find. There’s also nothing saying you can’t convert colour images to greyscale. You just need a simple photo editor (I like IrfanView for small jobs like this, but there are tons of free graphic editing sites like Canva, where you can apply a monochrome filter to your pics.)
You also don’t need to post your pics to a blog. If you want to post them on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram instead, that totally works too. Remember, the point is just to try something new and have fun with it.
